Genshirin Restaurant

A wonderful way to spend an afternoon/ evening, and a chance to see Amsterdam from a completely different angle. Starting from snacks on the boat, the courses were all excellent and the island setting just beautiful. On a hot day, the glass restaurant can get saunaish, though, so prepare to lose some layers (not that it's a frequent problem here in The Netherlands..)!

Great location, delicious food. Just away from all the crowds.
